For the first time, a traveling exhibition in historic Italian locations combines exhibition and tasting, where liquid science and gourmet cuisine will let you live and savor the history of the Negroni, an icon of the Italian aperitivo.
12 historic works curated by Galleria Campari will welcome you in the historic Salotto Sassetti in Florence, enriched by contributions from Giunti Editore and anecdotes about Count Camillo Negroni. The experience culminates in the Room, where an immersive audiovisual system will let you enjoy a gourmet tasting with meticulously paired cocktails and food.
